Deviations must have prior approval. Please allow 5 school days for your deviation request to be reviewed, approved or denied, and put into place.
In completing this Transportation Deviation Request, I understand the following circumstances:
- Pick-up and delivery must be on a daily basis.
- Pick-up and delivery stops must be of a permanent duration (school year).
- Pick-up and delivery must be to an approved Day Care within Rigby City limits, or within the students school attendance boundaries.
- Stops must be on an established routes.
- Availability of seating on existing routes is a criterion for approval.
- This deviation will remain in effect until either changed or canceled.
